Making.

Please allow 2/3 weeks for your piece to be made.  We keep a small amount of stock, however may need to make the piece to order.  Feel free to drop us an email at hello@imaraearth.com to check what we have available for immediate shipment.

Shipping.

We package all of our products in 100% recyclable paper/card packaging, there is zero plastic in our packaging.

We ship all of our pieces with An Post, and provide a tracking number for every shipment.  If you wish to use an alternative shipping service feel free to drop us an email at hello@imaraearth.com however this will be at your own expense.

Please contact An Post directly for any lost or stolen packages.  We do not accept responsibility for missing packages or incorrect addresses given.

Please allow 7-10 days for International shipping deliveries.

You may be charged additional customs/tax delivery costs depending on your country of address, this is unfortunately out of our control, and at your own risk.

Returns & exchanges.

Happy customers is our main priority.  If for any reason you wish to return/exchange your piece, you have 14 days from the day of arrival of your piece, to return it.  Please drop us an email prior to returning your piece.  We do not provide free returns shipping. Return shipping is at your own risk, so we recommend sending your returns tracked. We cannot process refunds for items we do not recieve.

Once your piece is received by us, we will assess the piece has not been used, and is in brand new condition, before processing your return or refund. If your piece has been used/stained/altered etc, we will not be able to process your return/exchange, as we cannot further sell this piece.

All Sale items are final - We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Care.

Wash your pieces at 30 degrees or less & give them a little iron - Do not tumble dry anything!!

Our tote bag consists of a waxed canvas, therefore will lose it’s waxed coating if washed in hot water. We recommend spot cleaning your tote or hand wash in cold water.

Sizing.

Our hags are one size fits all, until proven otherwise.  Please drop us an email at hello@imaraearth.com if you can prove us otherwise - we look forward to hearing from you!

We do not offer an alteration service. We can however offer small adjustments on limited, but not all pieces (shortening hem lengths on dresses), however this must be discussed at purchase. If you choose to have your piece altered during the production period, we cannot accept this piece back as an exchange or return. I hope you can understand this, as we are a small business which we rely on to support our lively-hood. (:

Discount codes.

We cannot accept orders processed using more than one discount code. All orders using more than one discount code will be refunded and contacted via email.

Secret pre-launch: Any/all orders processed with an additional discount code will be immediately refunded & the customer will be contacted via email.
